Kathy A. Till has 25+ years of professional business experience and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources & Development for La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries of Arizona. She has been with La-Z-Boy for over 20 years. Her career focus is about the personal development of all employees and enhancing their personal and professional skills for successfully reaching the organizations goals. Kathy is continuously seeking strategic & creative ways to foster a dynamic learning environment and in promoting a heightened awareness of continuous improvement.

With regard to community involvement, Kathy currently sits on the board for the Drowning Prevention Coalition of Arizona and has been honored with receiving the prestigious Linda S. Kirby Award. She was asked by the National Drowning Prevention Alliance to be a guest speaker at their annual conference on how to build strategic partnerships with local businesses.

Kathy has dedicated her time and has assisted with the development and implementation of several community programs in Arizona; such as Water Safety Day, Drowning Impact Awareness Month, the Purple Ribbon Campaign and the ‘Tubby Tag” Program in order to help prevent drownings for over the last 15 + years.
